Season Pricing

Off Season: October 1 through March 31.

                      $350/night. Plus 10% Tax & $200 Cleaning Fee.

In season: April, May & September 
                      
                      $375/night. Four night minimum. Plus Tax & Cleaning 
                      Turnaround day is Saturday.

Peak Season; June, July, August
                      $395/night. Six night minimum. Plus Tax & Cleaning.
                      Turnaround day is Saturday.

Holiday rate is $450/night plus the seasonal pricing for the rest of the stay.  Minimum holiday stay is six nights except for Thanksgiving which is a four night minimum. Holidays available for booking are Easter, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day & Thanksgiving.

We offer our private entrance, ground floor suite as a Bed & Breakfast rental. We can accommodate shorter stays in our Off Season. Our ground floor suite sleeps six in beds plus a queen sleeper sofa. Our Bed & Breakfast Rate is $200/night for up to five people; please call for larger groups. Boat rentals are available anytime. The Bed & Breakfast daily rate does not include the lodgings tax.

Three hour guided tours are offered with any rental for $300.

We offer the following 5% discounts: Military or Former Military in the Booking Party; Past Guest; and Payment in full by January 15^th. You may combine any two 5% discounts.

Check In time: Normally 3 P.M. Earlier times by arrangement.
Check Out time: By 10 A.M. Please call before you leave; if we are not too far away, we would like to say goodbye & thanks.
